DELIVERY
UK orders are normally processed within 2–3 working days. Standard delivery then normally takes 3–5 working days (estimated total 5–8 working days). Orders after 2:00 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are treated as received the next working day. We do not offer or guarantee urgent, same-day or next-day delivery. Standard delivery is £4.95 and free on orders of £75 or more. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

RETURNS
For online purchases, tell us within 14 days after receipt if you wish to cancel, then return eligible goods within a further 14 days. Email admin@esteemlife.co.uk with your order number first. Return by tracked post or in person to Esteem Life Medical Group Limited, 24–26 Wilson Street, Glasgow, G1 1SS. For non-faulty goods, you pay return postage. Items must be unused and, where applicable, sealed. Opened skincare, supplements, cosmetics and other hygiene-sealed goods cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or misdescribed.

REFUNDS & FAULTY GOODS
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return. Statutory rights are unaffected. Contact us promptly about faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
