Service Description

Meet a member of Esteem Life's blepharoplasty team by secure Zoom video call. This 30-minute clinical consultation is an assessment and discussion, not a commitment to surgery. The clinician will listen to your concerns, explain the options that may be suitable, discuss limitations, alternatives, recovery and material risks, and answer your questions. Because assessment by video has limitations, a face-to-face examination may be recommended before any treatment decision. The £25 deposit secures the appointment. It is credited against treatment if you proceed and is non-refundable. With at least 24 hours' notice, it may be transferred to another Esteem Life service for the same patient, but never to another person. Late cancellation or non-attendance forfeits it. Your Zoom details are sent with the booking confirmation. The clinic allocates the appropriate clinician according to availability and the clinical pathway; patients are not offered a choice of clinician.
