Magnesium Citrate

This supplement provides 80mg of elemental magnesium in each easy-to-swallow magnesium citrate capsule. It is a well-absorbed, non-food form of magnesium. Magnesium is an essential mineral which is involved in many metabolic processes in the body with nearly 70% of the body's supply of magnesium being located in the bones.
