D-Ribose

D-ribose is a naturally-occurring sugar that is the main building block of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). ATP is the form of energy storage within cells.

Take 1-2 teaspoons (3-6 grams) daily in a divided dose with food. It can be mixed into fruit juice or another drink. D-Ribose should be taken with or immediately after food. Do not take on an empty stomach
